Creative + Strategy
that converts for brands people remember.
I build the thinking behind ads before they become ads: the customer read, the angle, the brief, the script, and the creative direction that turns audience insight into work people recognize, click, and buy from.
The System Behind the Creative
1 Listen
I start with the customer, not the brand deck: reviews, comments, Reddit threads, founder transcripts, competitor accounts, and performance signals.
2 Shape
I look for the gap between what the brand is saying, what the customer actually cares about, and what the creative needs to make obvious.
3 Brief
I turn that tension into creative direction: the hook, the angle, the message hierarchy, the visual world, the script, and the job of every frame.
4 Diagnose
Once the creative is live, I read the performance back into the next round: what to refresh, what to rebuild, what to cut, and what has enough signal to scale.

About Elizabeth
I’m Elizabeth Ola, a Canadian Creative Strategist working across DTC, ecommerce, and performance creative.
I build the thinking behind ads before they become ads. The research matters, but so does the taste. The angle matters, but so does the way it shows up. The brief matters because that is where the thinking becomes something designers, editors, creators, and media buyers can actually use.
My work sits between research, media, and creative direction, and between what the customer is actually saying and what the brand needs the ad to do. I turn scattered inputs into creative with a clear job, a sharper message, and a reason to scale.
I don’t believe performance creative gets to skip craft just because it has a job to do, and I don’t believe brand work gets to ignore revenue. The work should sell, but it should also make the brand easier to recognize the next time someone sees it.
I care about the gap between the promise and the experience. What people hated, what they almost bought, what disappointed them, what made them stay, and what words they use when they are not being marketed to. That is where the real creative language lives.
That is the kind of creative strategy I care about. The kind that knows what the ad is supposed to do today, but still thinks about what the brand is teaching people to remember tomorrow.
I’ve worked agency-side, in-house, and as a fractional partner across DTC and ecommerce brands.
Across all of it, the thread is the same: make the work clear enough to convert, specific enough to belong to the brand, and strong enough to keep building from.

I’m currently taking on creative audits, audience research, campaign strategy, briefs, scripts, and fractional creative strategy projects for DTC and ecommerce brands.
